Prior to starting IndUs IT, Mr. Sanjeet Thandani, co-founded
People.com Consultants Inc., which grew to over 600
employees in 2000. People.Com Consultants Inc., is
now part of Monster Worldwide, the leading online employment
portal in the world. He was also part of the founding
team of Flashpoint Technology Inc., a pioneer
in digital photography solutions. Mr. Thadani has over
12 years of experience in managing and implementing hi
tech projects. At HP, Apple, and Compression
Labs he was involved in various projects related to
video compression. Mr. Thadani completed his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
from the University of Bombay in 1992 and his MS form
Santa Clara University in 1994.
Mr. Thadani is the author of two patents.
Mohit
Harchandrai; President, India Operations
Prior to Indus IT, Mr. Mohit Harcandrai was the director
of Harchandrai
Sons, a leading Engineering and Real Estate firm located
in Mumbai. The firm has been in business for over 40
years.
